Description: This is freeware text-to-speech conversion software that uses Microsoft ® Speech Technology. Its user-interface is much like notepad thus making its use pretty straightforward. Besides reading text it can also export the speech into WAVE files. Speech can also be paused when required and then resumed. One noteworthy feature is the clipboard reading feature which can read text copied to the clipboard. Other features include reading of WebPages internally.
NOTE: You have to download TTS Engine (whichever language you wish) from Microsoft in order for this software to work.
