Description: This freeware tool can be used to remove or lessen noise in Photographs. Noise or red-blue-green dots in digital photos are common when they are taken in low-light conditions. While there are expensive tool like Photoshop which can reduce noise but talking about freeware, this tool is good enough for at least this one purpose. Cell phone cameras being so popular these day, shoot photos with noise in low-light conditions so it is a must you edit them before printing.
