Description: All of us know that Image Editors use colors in the decimal RGB format while the HTML editors use the hex codes. I don't know whether I'm right or wrong but HTML editors like Dreamweaver can't pick up the exact color form pictures. So to have some color exactly as in a picture I had created this dec to hex color converter for personal use, so that I can take the color code (decimal) from the picture and convert it to hex to use in web pages. After some make-up I thought this tool could also be distributed for others to benefit from.
